Looks great, used the same rub on my last 1 and plan to use it on the rest . I used the Pitboss and separated the point and flat after 6 hours, SV'ed the flat for 6 more while the point road the PB, both turned out awesome and I believe it was the rubs fault lol
PB AustinLX, Weber Performer, Weber E310 , 250g trailer pit , 36" cowboy grill, bunch of other ways to burn food.
