Smoked a couple of racks of spare ribs today with pecan. Dusted with Sucklebusters Hog Waller Honey and finished with Sucklebusters Sugar Daddy. Pretty, Pretty Pretty GUD. :texas:

Ribs were for Mrs Tex, packer brisket was for me, two flats were for my mom and aunt, pork loin was for my aunt and the butts were for me. If I’m bbq’n, I’m going to make it worth my while. I vacuum seal every up into meal sized portions and it goes into the freezer for good, quick meals. I always need brisket or pork butt for omelettes, quesadillas, nachos, etc.... might as well eat good. :D

If my at home Family was larger, I would do the same. One of the reasons I like to make a big pot of Chili is so I can use the leftovers for other Recipes, like Dawgs, Enchiladas, Omelettes, Quesadillas, Tacos and Sloppie Jose's - - - so nice that you fix that for others also. :chef:  :salut: :texas:

I can confirm Toby will fill his Gator Party Pit to it's full capacity... This is a shot from a Rib Competition he competed in back in 2015 That pit is loaded and the chow was great :)
