Time to start the fire

Postby bsooner75 » Sun Jan 17, 2021 6:31 am

Early start this morning. Doing my first longer cook on the LSG. I’ll try and up date occasionally throughout the day.

4 am alarm
4:30 start the fire
5:00 meat on - propane assist is a beautiful thing

Now I’m going to grab a cup of coffee and wait on Mr Sun to show up. Hope y’all have a wonderful day.

That’s what I’ve been waiting to see. Phone probably doesn’t do it justice but the sky is beautiful this morning
