So we have some logistical issues when it comes to getting the sunrise and blue smoke in the same pic…there’s a brick wall on the other side of that pit

And the sun doesn’t necessarily rise in Norman but it does always shine there j/k - even I know better than that

Yeah, save the charcoal for the Weber. Get over to that wood pile and get a arm load.

Haha - charcoal was just the initial base. Been running hickory ever since.

Rambo it’s really good! Give it a shot next time you fire up your smoker. This seasoning was really good on it but I’ve done it with Sucklebusters Hog Waller Honey and it was great as well. Take it to just shy of done, let it sit for a bit then slice and finish off in a skillet or on the griddle.
