Christmas fatty for us, too
Fired up the big ugly drum clone tonight. Going to smoke a couple of fatties and some pig shots for dinner. Was originally planned for tomorrow but with weather forecast predicting winds up to 40 knots and about 15 inches of snow tomorrow it prohibits any meaningful smoking.
Will be served with twice baked potatoes and caramelized onions.
Something my parents haven't tasted so it will be fun.

Awesome viewing, Sir Joe, is that a Lift or a Power line on that slope behind there

Yes, it's the backside of the slopes. We are on a top that is a little higher and above the top of the slopes. Kids slides down to the lift you see and take it up that little slope to get to the main ski area.
You can see the prepping machine on the top. It's on it's way downhill.

Re: Christmas fatty for us, too
Thank you folks.
Yes, my parents loved it. They are 81 and 84 and very open to new tastes and my bbq is very popular with them.
Actually I am very proud of them. We're celebrating their diamond wedding day tomorrow. That is 60 years marriage! Not bad these days.
