Excellent eats
Got together with a few couples from church. Everyone brought a side - we brought brisket. Rubbed with S/B SPG AND 1836 on to the XL BGE with three large chunks of post oak on the lump. Last pic will be split between two older couples that can’t get out. Dirty rice, potato salad, and broccoli rice casserole will go with the brisket.

Magazine quality photos of that brisket. Now that I’m back to where I can cook large hunks of meat I think I’m going to experiment with your brisket method. It seems like the most consistent one I have seen

Up to the usual Eggcellent standards. Occurs to me, when somebody does something consistently well, we should start calling it “laying an Egg”, as in “Sooner’s done it again, he’s laid an Egg.”
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Ummmm Boots - from urban dictionary
TOP DEFINITION
lay an egg
to do something poorly, usually regarding some sort of physical activity; bomb it
I'm gonna lay an egg during our mile run today.
While I can be accused of this on a regular basis I think we need something better for Eggs briskets

Amigeaux, the only thing that needs to be added would be "Me with a plate full of that Awesomeness". One thing for sure is that it will be creating Smiles for a while from the fortunate recipients.

Re: Excellent eats
Looks beautiful!! I love to make BBQ but I can't earn money on that so I found this mobiles online casino casinos-rate.com so I can earn money in this difficult time. I was sceptical about it too, but once I tried and figured out how to get profit from it my opinion was changed forever. So if you play smart you can become rich there.
