Ribs and today brisket

Postby JaCK2U2 » Sun Mar 23, 2008 1:37 am

Did BB and spare ribs yesterday. My wife wanted BB, so that's what she got. After eating, though, she told me if my spare ribs are always so good, we can skip the BB. Cooked the spares 3-1.5-1 and the BB 2-1.5-1.

Kids called and wanted me to cook today, so it's 1:30 am, and I'm putting on the brisket. Later this AM, I'll put on a double smoked ham and a couple of chickens. Back to bed for awhile right now!

The dog wasn't posing; he was thinking 'I'm gonna get some ribs if they turn their head for a sec!'
Great eats, Jack!

The dog got his share of bones!
Got the brisket wrapped and the ham and chickens on. Working on the fattys now. So far, right on schedule, more or less.
Gonna see how the pecan works. Sure smells good!

All turned out good. Fattys gone to quick for a picture. It was a mad rush for the food. Did snap a pic of the ham. A good day with the family.
