I was so planning on having this bird but for dinner but I got called in for a couple of emergent cases so when I got home I started it. It’s 1 am and I’m taking the pieces off. I just have the thighs and legs to remove now.

Cranberry orange bbq that I came up with. Brined the bird deboned/deskinned. Some took 3 hours while the last thigh/leg section took 5.
