Pulled Pork Nachos

Postby Larry Wolfe » Sun Mar 16, 2008 2:41 pm

Used some of the leftover pork we had from the party and spread it over a bed of tortilla chips, then added a small amount of mexi cheese then under the broiler until the cheese was melted. The doused with some BBQ Sauce and topped with slaw. These were delicious!

WE serve a BBQ Nacho appetizer at the restaurant, served with sour cream and jalepeno's. We serve TONS of them! Lots of people order them as their meals.
Great job!

Man, I'm gonna have to swing by the beer store on the way home from the airport tomorrow! Black and Tans, and a good cigar or two while smoking a couple of briskets and hams 2morrow night sounds like a nice relaxing time to me!
