Surprise for my daughter
This has nothing to do with grilling but I was able to give my daughter a really nice treat. I lined up with a local pilot and he took us flying Sunday!!!

Cool. You can see from her smile that she has a good time.

Re: Surprise for my daughter
A greatest thing in life thing for a Dad to gift his daughter, you hit a dinger Podner.
Tell her that for girls who make strong grades there are big college scholarship opportunities at good schools for future women pilots, like through the Cadet Corps at A&M (yes I’m biased) but also at places like Embry Riddle in Prescott AZ which actually has a degree+full flight school program that gets them all the way to a multi-engine license. They have their own “Air Force” too, like 40 planes and helicopters between this and the Daytona campus. We toured it when my son was looking at schools, great campus up in the AZ mountains, their own modern machine shop w dedicated professional machinists, great programs, you name it.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
