tenders all cleaned & prepped.

All wrapped up and dusted with some more Hog Waller.

These will go into the smoker later. I'll use Pecan and Apple woods mixed for the smoke.

What time you say dinner was? Boy that sure looks like a excellent batch of chicken tenders. :)

How long and at what temp will be required to cook?

I will smoke them at around 220* for around 2 hours ( give or take alittle-til done ) then throw them on a hot grill to crisp up the bacon. :D :D

Lightweight I am... But lookout after the cook is pau (done)

I like to finish cooking before I "suck 'em up"... when friends or clients offer me a drink, I ask them if they "want to eat today or sometime tomorrow?"

We had a family friend who also rotissed hogs for hire but in a couple of hours he would be drunk and someone had to take over. Needless to say he didn't have too much business.

Give me water or soda until everything is cooked... :out:

Rob, they are great party food or kid food. Cut them into bite size pieces and serve with some dipping sauces or cut in half and they are perfect finger food for small hands to hold onto. :D

Now if I can only sneak some bacon into the house
Looks great!

And I gotta say again, that is the cleanest for a well used grill that I have ever seen.

Mike, I don't know how it tastes, but how about using Turkey bacon instead of reg bacon?? Would that keep it within your guidelines?? :D
