little brisket for Christmas

Postby planohog » Sat Dec 21, 2019 5:53 pm

This was about a 10 lb prime from costco.
Rubbed mustard then my favorite home made rub
12 hours on pellet grill at 225 , sprited with apple juice about every 3 hours.
pulled and wrapped with apple juice at 180F . Brought inside
at put in oven at 250 about an hour or so 203F .

Pretty tastey, I turned the big end into chopped beef.
tastes pretty good, nearly fall apart. its melt in mouth.

Merry Christmas Everyone
