Yum Tami! Can't wait to see results! I'm so jealous that you are smoking today. What is the weather like right now? Is the goat the chunk of meat in front? I've never eaten goat.
Have fun!

Hey Laura it's a nice cool 45 right now kinda over cast. The big piece up front is a boneless wild hog ham the two in the back and the little piece are the goat. That little one's gunna be a sampler piece. This is my first smoking experience. I'm kinda excited about it and can't wait to eat. I'm really hoping with all that meat I'll have leftovers for tomorrow, but don't know if that'll happen with 2 teenage boys in the house. LOL

Wow! You're having a heat wave! I think it's about 10 here! Tell me about the teens. I have a 15 yr old son and a 12 yr daughter, and they both can eat us out of the house! I have to hide things I don't want them to eat.

And there was silence LOL no talk during suppa tonite LOL hopefully thats a good thing. Everyone went back for seconds so that's an even better sign. It was very good with a good smoke flavor but not over powering. I'll do this again.

Looks really good. That silence thing is a good thing. Folks more interested in filling their yapper that flapping it. You're getting the smoking thing down. Now, just tell the significant other how much better it would be it you had an offset fire box.
