Breast & Rib's

Postby Williep » Wed Sep 25, 2019 6:41 am

Fired up the grill with mesquite/post oak, put a rack of baby back's and chicken breast on, sat down and had an adult beverage while I watched the smoke coming out the stack. The breast where on for about an hour and will be used for wrap's and quesadilla's, the rib's were on for 3 hour's and they were for supper last night. :salut: :texas:

That’s quite a combination Willie, can’t even imagine the flavor profile of that except I know it was cold.
