Yes. Very good. Vacuum sealed the rest and threw it in the freezer. I also used some of them "as is" in a sandwich. Was good too.

Did my first one today, then some salmon while got fire going. It's good, but wrapped in butcher paper to render a little more.ImageImage

Looking good. How was the salmon. I like salmon but mostly do a whole filet. Haven't had so much success with slices.

They were out of filets which I prefer too. But good. Dry brined overnight in salt and brown sugar. Soaked cedar planks in water . Put on bagels with cream cheese.
