Interesting. I’ve never had the opportunity to travel to the Carolinas but I am very interested in all styles of BBQ and what makes each of them unique. I have had “Carolina style” here in TX and enjoyed it. I’d just like to be able to verify the authenticity some day by having the real thing.

Odd you mention this.. I'm planning a trip around springtime to visit popular BBQ spots starting on the east coast and working back toward TX.
