Vanilla sugar glazed ribs

Postby honeybadger » Sun Aug 25, 2019 9:13 am

Did these up yesterday, honestly the best tasting ribs I've ever cooked! Mainly because I cook on my handbuilt stick burner, hard to beat that smoke flavor. I did recipe out of project smoke book, but wrapped when I glazed like franklin does. I was skeptical they might be too sweet, but smoke really balanced them out.Bark held up great as well.

Those look great!

Looks like if you turned around for two seconds there is somebody that would have those bones polished clean
