This is my first time for both ,pork butt overnight with garlic and sour orange marenaid in a zip lock bag ,then plowboys on the smoker @ 300* or so , using hickory sticks ,beef ribs basic black pepper, my question is on the ribs do they shrink a lot ? these were 2 in cryovac from the grocery store ,thanks for any help ,,,another thing ,,any of you in east Texas and Louisiana stay safe
