Bits 'n' pieces

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Sat Jul 06, 2019 12:26 pm

Last time we had reebz, we trimmed the end pieces, seasoned them with SB Hoochie Mama and bagged for freezing.

Took 'em out today. Smoked with apple and cherry on the Kamander.

They took about 2 and a quarter hours at 250° more or less.

Served with hash brown cubes and unseen cole slaw because with slaw you can use your imagination. This came from a bag with pomegranate dressing. Sweet but not bad....also included flax seed which we are saving for the birds.

The pieces were goooood but we do both prefer reel reeebz.
