Sunday supper

Postby spacetrucker » Sun May 26, 2019 6:53 pm

removed the membrane on some pork ribs, seasoned with hog waller, then into the smoke
this was followed with a sweet cantaloupe.

ST, great looking ribs and for me, COTC is a MUST to have with Ribs.
Do you do just butter on the corn ?

If you like Old Bay and Grated Parm, next time try hitting the hot Corn with Butter, then some Grated Parm and finish with Old Bay.
It brings COTC to a whole new level imho.

Butter and salt, we are old school I put it in the smoker for a couple hours in the husk, open it just enough to check for worms, they are always at the top, then remove the silk and close it back up and cook till tender. The old bay & parm sound good may give that a try soon; thanks

Nothing wrong with old school.
I've always done corn like that too until I saw the microwave trick and never looked back lol.
