A little BBQ for the teachers
For the second year in a row, the teachers at the twins' Mother's Day Out school asked me to cook their year end teacher luncheon. The kids start kindergarten next year, so this is probably my last year doing this. I thought I'd send them out with a bang.
Brisket Slices
Burnt Ends - A request and favorite
Ribs -
Poppers - Another request. Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Glaze really shines on these.
Finally, dessert - Cherry and Three Berry Cobbler. It was destroyed and the recipe requested.
Now I'm hungry all over again...

Mighty fine looking spread. I am sure those teachers are gonna miss you but if the kids get held back you will know why. Those teachers want some more of that awesomeness.

Re: A little BBQ for the teachers
Thanks for the kinds words. The cobbler is Cherry Berry Cobbler from Weber's Charcoal Grilling cookbook. I couldn't find it online, but I'll try to scan it in. I usually cook it on the kettle with the still hot coals after dinner, but went with the oven since my two WSMs and my kettle all had food on them.
