Yes I did
Smoked em using the A-Maze-N tube with oak for about an hour then made deviled eggs.
Mayo, mustard, EVOO, Garlic powder, chili powder, and paprika were involved along with a thin slice of an olive.
Also had a double yolk egg.

Re: Smoked Easter Eggs
They are pretty good. All the fussing around with the seasoning of the yolks really wasn’t necessary. The smoke is the hero here. A little mayo and EVOO along with a potato masher and it’s all good. Maybe some hot sauce if you want a little kick and dust with paprika to make em pretty.

Re: Smoked Easter Eggs
Looks fantastic! Funny enough, I tried smoked eggs for the first time about a month back.. I learned really quick that raw eggs in the smoker will behave the same way as in a microwave if it's too hot I then boiled them first for a couple minutes then finished in a WARM smoker for about an hour. They came out better that way. Lol!

Looks great!
I have an AMNPS and I really need to do this.
It's getting too warm now, so I'll keep this in mind for next Easter.
