Mental Health Bones

I took today and tomorrow off for mental health. It was a gorgeous spring day here today........bone time! :D

Cooked at 275 for a little over 4 hours on the Assassin with a fire box load of hickory chunks and thinly sauced twice, about 45 minutes to pull:

Wow. Ribs looks great. You've just forced me to the store for more food shopping.

A couple of days off are always good. I love may and june. Due to all the public holidays every other week is only 4 workdays.
