Good Friday brisket for my sons co-worker.

Postby k.a.m. » Fri Apr 19, 2019 8:49 am

My son asked if I would cook a brisket for one of his co-workers so being home to today seemed like a perfect time. Using Debbie's brisket drum today rather than little Mama.
I hope everyone has a safe and Happy Easter.
A nice little 14.5 lb. prime.
