B&B lump

I used B&B lump to cook my pork chops tonight and I was really happy with the charcoal. I have been using a little bit of everything lately looking for good consistent size chunks. B&B got it just right. Perfect size chunks with very little dust. I will use it again tomorrow when I do my picanhia comparison. I can't wait to use it atgain. On a side not I have had a couple of cherry splits that I have been hanging on to for about two years. I finally broke down and cut them into shorter lengths and smaller splits. I have never had cherry wood like that. Great flavor!!!
