Sunday Brisket
Great day for a Sunday brisket with the daughter. Cook temp @ 250, wrapped at 175 and pulled off when the brisket hit 205. Let it rest for 2 hour then enjoyed. First time to wrap in butcher paper and I was really pleased with the results.
