OK, here's last nights sammie. Munster cheese on top and bottom, with some horse raddish under the cheese.

Folks liked the Hoochie Mama, not rave reviews but I suspect that was to spare my feelings. This was the first time I served food outside the family unit that didn't have one of my rubs on it.

How's that for a left handed endorsement

Tonight's fare will be French Dip Sammie with aujoir (sp?)

In about a week I know where you'll be able to purchase a Tel Tru replacement thermometer for your Primo!

Pics when it comes off  What's a Tel Tru?

Very good Thermometers. I have my site updated, but don't want to publish to the web until I have them in stock. Here's a link to Tel-Trus site www.teltru.com . My prices will be lower!

Aloha DATS,

Wow that is a fine looking brisket... Tried cooking briskets in my makeshift horizontal and it don't look 1/4 as good. But Ritch told me that my new pit "should be" ready for shipment by the end of this week. Can hardly wait! Hopefully my brisket q'ing will be "mo bettah!"

Mahalo for sharing...

Take care a hui hou,
