I've always called those "Dry Ribs" but it's easy to see that there is nothing Dry about those Beauties.

Huge fan of SPG on ribs.... especially on the membrane side (that I leave in place). It seems to render (no pun intended) the membrane virtually undetectable. Still, I like a little sweet rub on the top side but yes, nekid and no sauce for about 4 hours is working well for me.
