Then I might suggest the bacon "roll" filled with mashed potatoes, shredded cheese (we use gouda and parmesan). That is excellent as a side to most meat.

You might try your hand at some cured meats, sausage, pastrami, pork loin, ham, Canadian bacon.......... :dont:
