I’m going to guess East Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, somewhere with hardwood bottom land. I’m also going to guess it is pork. They would wait until cold weather and then slaughter the hogs. Could be hams, sides, bacon, who knows

This is something we would see in backwoods Pa, North.. WAYYYYY North Jersey lol.Even Upstate Ny..
I distinctly remember a place right of of rt 8 coming from Unidilla Pro Motocross Races that has a smaller version of this right on the side of the road in New Berlin Ny. Mostly Chickens but I'm pretty sure they dabble in Pork and Beef ?

Yes, there are pockets of places like this up here

Is be all over that, I bet its out of this world

I think you're right emm. Plus his clothing. There is a tin roof on that old shack; looks similar to some of the old Mill houses. There used to be a bunch of those close to you in Willis but I'm sure they've been torn down. young'uns won't know what we're talking about
