Christmas Day brunch. Omelette Fatty.

Postby k.a.m. » Tue Dec 25, 2018 3:19 pm

I cooked up a chorizo, potato, cheese omelette fatty this morning. It really hit the spot waiting on the smoker to come up to temp for the Ham.
The omelette.

I've seen a lot of ways to make a fattie. This here with the eggs? That's a first and a 1st place finish for sure.
