Christmas dinner

Postby TXNinMD » Tue Dec 25, 2018 12:02 pm

Put a 5 lb brisket flat and a rack of St. Louis ribs in the smoker at 0630.

Thought we would try something different other than turkey this year

Currently sitting at 160 for about a half hour. Hopefully the stall won’t last long
