Good to see some Chest Meat being grilled and photographed for a change. They are my second favorite cut of Cllucker right after Wings and the split bone ins are the only ones that I will buy and they are getting harder and harder to find lately.
I agree. You never see them down here and when you do see them they are so expensive its not worth it.
