After a couple of months of being busy, I was finally able to fire up the uds. Pork loin is what's for dinner. I'll post more pics once it's been on for awhile.

Haha..thanks. My wife thought that I was nuts wanting to use it. I got tired of picking the thing up when I wanted to cook.
I have my 13 year old helping me watch the temp. I'm letting him adjust the ball valve as needed.
