Baby Backs Sunday
It's been a while since I BBQed anything but found a nice meaty rack of Baby Backs. Peeled of the membrane and covered it with Hog Waller and a dust of Smoked Paprika.
Going to hang them on the sausage rod in the vertical and Hickory smoke slow and low. ( tomorrow)

OK, I'm envying that pic and not only because of knowing what that smoke will produce BUT that beautiful East Texas Piney Woods in the background You see anything worth harvesting

I imagine it’d be hard to get the words out with those juicy ribs stuffed in there :)
Great bones!
