One handed in the cold

Postby TX1911 » Mon Nov 12, 2018 6:49 pm

As some of you know, I had shoulder surgery a little over 2 weeks ago. 4 more weeks immobilized in a sling, but I couldn't wait that long to try the new hog waller honey. So I pulled myself out of my recliner and fired up the camp chef in a 20mph breeze and 48 degree temps. I paired the HWH with Sucklebusters chipotle sauce and man, its good. Next time you order, throw in a bottle. You wont regret it!

Mother in law (aka the rib queen) is coming over tonight to help out with the rug rats. I am looking forward to her comments!

Thanks y'all. This particular recipe may be making a competition appearance when I'm able. It was VERY good!

That settles it, I'm ordering the HWH this grocery day! Case dismissed. 8)
On another note: don't push too hard too soon on that shoulder. My doc all but read me the riot act after my knee surgeries when he heard I was moving around in too short a time :angryfire:
