Beef; It's what's for Dinner:
New York steak and slow smoked baked potato.
Green salad on the side also. Nothing fancy enough to merit pics though.

It turned out pretty good, Sooner. I got lazy and didn't sear them on the Weber after smoking them but they turned out nice and juicy. Those taters just got an EVO rub and a SPG coating with no foil wrap. Got a nice crispy skin on them
