I have been working on a UDS here and there for a couple of weeks. It's finally finished so I decided to smoke some chicken thighs for it's first run. I am happy with how it worked and turned out. My lid does leak smoke a little bit. After they were done in the UDS, I threw them on the grill to sear the skin.
