1Lb Rib Eye boneless steaks to be precise.
I'm semi predictable I guess... Cooked at 180 degrees on the Rec Tec till they hit a 90 degree internal temperature.
And then onto the charcoal for a nice sear and a 135 IT
Turned out amazing. I'd give them a 9 out of 10. Great flavor blend of smoke and sear. I'd have preferred just a hair more pink in the middle, but my thermometer was fibbing to me.

They went onto the Weber once they hit an internal temperature of 90 degrees. It's getting to be my standard MO; 180 degrees on the Rec Tec to give anything I'm cooking some good smoke, and then finish on the Weber for a nice char.
