Didn't get to post last night's dinner, so you all get a double dose of grub today.
First up is yesterday's fake pork tenderloin, LOL. I don't know if Jennie O brand turkey is out there in Texas, but they do just about everything you can think of with Turkey. 95% of it is really good too. In this case, they take a couple of pieces of turkey breast, roll them up to look like a pork tenderloin and put it in some applewood smoke marinade. Funny thing is though when you take it out of the plastic shrink wrap package, it comes apart into two pieces of meat that clearly look like chicken breast.
Here's it going on the grill...
And here's the final result:
Aaaaannnnd.... Here's tonight's chicken. Slow cooked on the Rec Tec til it hit 115, then I put it on the Weber to finish it off with a nice sear.
Kept it simple with the chicken, just some SPG. Gotta get some Sucklebusters Clucker Dust for next time though.

Turkey is turkey, no matter how you slice it; and a pig's a_ss is still pork. Lol! Looks good either way!
