Two 10# butts cruising at 240 on the XL.
Meanwhile added a few more chopping blocks and may as well christen one making corn chowder using left over corn and potatoes from a crawfish boil this evening. Pics of chopping blocks from the past and the most recent ones along with the corn chowder. Yummy.
