Blue had a belly full today

Fired up Blue to cook dinner and for some stuff to vac seal for easy meals. She locked in at 250 and hummed along today. Thanks for looking.

St Louis cut ribs - split from a full Spare. Seasoned w/ Meat Church Honey Hog & HH Hot then sauced with Sucklebusters 1836.

The rib tips and flap meat were seasoned w/ Sucklebusters 1836 and frozen for beans in the future.

Chuck Roast - Meat Church Dia De Los Fajita. Pulled for tacos one night this week.

Meat loaf - will re heat this week.

Chicken - Sucklebusters Clucker Dust. Pulled for chicken salad.

Baked Potato - Sucklebusters SPG

Holmes Pecan Sausage

You notice the bright and shiny picks of Blue were from right after you spit shined her :)

All that cleaning/ polishing is like a new Girlfriend; after the new wears off it won’t be near as shiny
