Very nice Rambo!

Well the wife is better but definitely not well so I lm keeping it simple for tomorrow…

Going to smoke a ham and glaze it with a recipe from Malcolm Reed at How to BBQ right.

BUT, as I walked through the store with one little ham and some stuff for beans and Mac & cheese I thought (this is where thing usually start to go south) I hadn’t fired Blue up in a while and the meat rations are getting low in the freezer.

So, joining the ham will be…a pork shoulder, chuck roast, bologna chub and a couple meat loafs. I have no will power, whatsoever :)

Currently smoking two briskets. One choice and one prime. Last year’s Easter brisket was gone in 15 mins so doing two this time and why not a side by side comparison?ImageImage
