I’ve done a few sets of spare ribs, but these are killer!!

Different- I used the mustard binder....I cooked on the top rack....I didn’t wrap (that wasn’t planned, they just temped out and were tender when I would normally wrap)
Needles on the lid stayed around the 250 mark and the pit just seemed to be happy there so I just let it ride.

The Jank BBQ sauce is the shiz!! Lol 2nd time I’ve used it and I’m kinda hung up on it right now
Rub was basic salt and pepper with a dash off chupacabras mediu
Heat rub....my wife was thoroughly impressed so that was a good sign haha
