First time ever at my Costco, a decent price plus prime grade!

That’s not bad at all. The only time I’ve seen them up here they cut them individually.

All you need now is Salt, pepper and smoke

I gave up asking the Costco "butchers" if they were ever going to stock them, the answer was always no way/no how..
Funny thing is my wife spotted them, I was looking at pork ribs and had walked right past them..

Been looking for these at my Costco since this thread came up.
They had them today. I picked up a pack. I had some oink spares thawing out for this weekend, figured I'd might just as well smoke up some beef bones while I was at it.

We'll see if they be worth buying again. :dont:

We get our ribs from Costco all the time. Always good quality at a great price. We can pick up packages there for what we'd see once or twice a year as a deep sale price at the regular grocery stores (and not have to worry about the meat being bad, but that's another rant). Our local Costcos even sell them seasoned and packaged by the butcher department for just a hair more. Same with tri-tip.

Well stranger things have come up. I’d never seen those cap steaks and found them there recently so who knows. Maybe the beef ribs will be coming. You can always request them and see what happens.

Try a traditional meat market and ask for beef plate ribs or flanken ribs.

Some grocers get the flanken ribs and cross cut them to make little beef wibbies. I have had some success asking for them at our HEB before they were cross cut.

You will really like the Dino ribs - it’s worth asking for at your local meat market.

Good luck Dino hunting.

The Bellingham Costco hasn't been carrying them till now. I've been looking every time we go.
We usually go ever two weeks or so. Yesterday was the first time I've seen them there.
Haven't opened up the vacpack yet. Kinda hard to tell how much meat they actually have when in that package.

Here's what our Costco had today. :)

I didn't actually pick up any, but I remembered this thread and snapped a pic. Typical Costco, the portions ain't small. Not sure why the site turned the pic sideways either. I snapped it right and it shows right in my windows picture viewer.
