Stick a fork in me boy's, I'm done. Pic's of rib's and both brisket's. The bigger brisket will get vacuum packed for later on, like NHRA when they come to town at the end of April.

Looks amazing. What temp did you smoke at and what temp did you pull? Looking forward to my first brisket cook sometime soon.
