So what would you call this? Its not a taco. Its not a guesadilla. Is it a Mexican/ mississippian pizza?

the best thing you can call Lunch is "Eaten and Enjoyed" - - be careful using that "P" word because the Pocono Paisano will be giving you a 'Talian lecture if you don't watch out :tup: :salut: :cheers:
