Prime Rib Roast round 2 went on at 8:45 am today

I seasoned it a little different this time and am cooking it on a rack with a pan under it to catch the Au jois.

Dry here so far. Just put the potatoes, Onions, Jalapenos and butter in a tin foil pan on the smoker. Leaving it uncovered for an hour and then covering with foil for the last 30 minutes.

Sounds like it’s gonna be good.
We got just enough sleet to cover the trampoline and now it’s gone
