Prime Rib

Postby CJ7nvrstk » Sat Jan 27, 2018 9:20 am

Just a little prime rib.

About 5 hrs on the char griller acorn at about 225. The cut wasn't as marbled throughout as I would have liked and of course you can't tell that until you cut into it. Still tasted great though.

Had some smoked Mac n cheese with it and even mad some smoked ice to go in some maple crown and bloody Mary's.
