Masterbuilt 40" Gasser Smoker

So, I got this smoker on sale from Cabela's a couple of weeks ago. I put two packer briskets on yesterday morning (early) after rubbing down with Bolner's Brisket Rub the day before. Cooked at an average of 280 degrees for 10 hours using pecan chunks.
